-4 Pre-release bottles of our inaugural 2024 Novelty Hill Maidenhair white wine. Aged in our cocciopesto tanks for approximately 6 months and lightly toasted French oak barrels for another 3 months, this Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is the perfect balance of crisp minerality and rich tropical fruits and lemon zest. -2 Bottles of our newly released 2024 Spring Run Rose. Slightly lighter in color and drier than our previous vintage of Spring Run Rose, sourced entirely from Weinbau Vineyard, this GSM is our most Provencial rose to date, and Andrew's favorite vintage yet.
-2 Bottles of 2023 Januik Cold Creek Chardonnay. The reason Mike decided to make white wines once leaving Ste Michelle, rather than focusing solely on reds, is the Cold Creek Chardonnay. Need we say more?
-2 Bottles of 2022 Novelty Hill Stillwater Creek Vineyard Grenache. Fairly light bodied for a red yet the most pairable variety of wine we produce, Stillwater Grenache should be a staple in everybody's home. Better yet, it is our favorite wine to chill for a few minutes for those warm summer nights.
-2 Bottles of 2022 Andrew Januik Stone Cairn. This Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon Blend is the perfect option for summertime BBQ nights. Andrew suggests serving slightly chilled, especially if July is as nice as we all hope it to be *fingers crossed*
