White Wine Case

Our Platinum White Wine Case includes:

4 Pre-release bottles of our inaugural 2024 Novelty Hill Maidenhair white wine. Aged in our cocciopesto tanks for approximately 6 months and lightly toasted French oak barrels for another 3 months, this Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is the perfect balance of crisp minerality and rich tropical fruits and lemon zest. Experience warm summer nights with Washington's new best white wine!

2 Bottles of our newly released 2024 Spring Run Rose. Slightly lighter in color and sugar than our previous vintage of Spring Run Rose and sourced entirely from Weinbau Vineyard, this GSM is our most Provencial rose to date, and Andrew's favorite vintage yet.

2 Bottles of 2023 Januik Sagemoor Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc. Aged entirely in French oak barrels, this Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Bacchus and Dionysus Vineyards. A delicate balance of sophistication and refreshing, this Sauvignon Blanc is able to pair with slightly heavier than most Sauvignon Blancs. 

2 Bottles of 2023 Novelty Hill Stillwater Creek Vineyard Roussanne. Every bit as tasty as its better known sibling, Viognier, beloved for it's more floral nose and richness, Roussanne has increasingly become a staple in more people's cellars and for great reason.

2 Bottles of 2023 Januik Cold Creek Chardonnay. The reason Mike decided to make white wines once leaving Ste Michelle, rather than focusing solely on reds, is the Cold Creek Chardonnay. Need we say more?
