The 2021 Doppelganger Cabernet boasts a medium neon ruby core with a bluish rim. Starting off with black fruit and dusty earth tones, it evolves after a few minutes in the glass - think notes of Christmas spices, forest floor, fresh rose petals, crushed black plum, powdered dark chocolate, and warm vanilla. Lush and rounded across the tongue, it's only interrupted by some fresh tannins that will soften with a few more years of bottle age. Sourced from Andrew Family Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills
