Novelty Hill 2021 Stillwater Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

A distinguished Cabernet from our Royal Slope estate vineyard, offering concentrated aromas of black cherry, cassis, and ripe blueberry, lifted by notes of violet and dried herbs. On the palate, layers of dark plum and crushed blackberry are underscored by hints of graphite and savory tobacco. The wine’s firm yet velvety tannins provide structure, leading to a smooth, lingering finish with touches of dark chocolate and cedar. Only 96 cases produced.
