Januik 2021 Boushey Vineyard Syrah
92 pts. Wine Enthusiast
Cutting-edge Washington wine grape grower Dick Boushey planted his first vines in the Yakima Valley in the mid-1970s. He's been described as a grower with the "golden touch" and is known for his Syrah in particular.
This is an aromatic wine with Italian plums, white pepper, and a hint of violets in the nose. In the mouth, there is an array of red and black fruit flavors that leads to a long finish, firm tannins and bright acidity.
